All items are produced and handled in a smoke-free, pet-free environment.
Each piece is carefully inspected by hand before shipping.



Returns & Exchanges

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Please contact us within 8 days of receiving your order.

Because our linen is made from natural flax fibers, it may contain neps (small knots of condensed fiber) or slubs (sections where the thread becomes thicker).
These occur naturally during Zweigart’s complex manufacturing process and are considered normal characteristics of genuine linen.

Such natural variations—as well as minor marks or scuffs on labels or packaging—are not classified as defects.
Please be aware of this before placing your order.



Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

We cannot accept returns or exchanges under any of the following circumstances:

  • Customer convenience reasons such as “the color was different than expected,” “I no longer need it,” or “I cannot make the payment.”
    (Colors may vary depending on your monitor settings.)

  • Items that have been used even once, or show signs of wear

  • Items that have been washed, soaked, or dry-cleaned after delivery

  • Requests made more than 8 days after the item has been delivered

  • Items damaged while in the customer’s possession

  • Sale items

  • Requests to exchange for different products

  • Items returned without prior notice

  • Any other cases where the reason for return or exchange is deemed inappropriate
