◆About our products
All products are produced and managed in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
When shipping, we strictly inspect each piece of cloth.
◆Returns and exchanges
If the product is different from what you ordered, or if the product is damaged or defective, we will promptly return or exchange it.
Please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product.
Please note that due to the natural flax nature of our products, there may be neps (lumps of hardened fibers) and slubs (knots formed by thickening of the yarn).
This is inevitable in Zweigart's complex production process and is a sign that we are using natural plant material.
Please note that these neps and slubs, as well as minor stains and scratches on labels and packaging, are not considered defects.
◆Non-returnable and non-exchangeable items
We do not accept returns or exchanges in any of the following cases;
・Returns or exchanges due to the customer's own reasons such as "it was not what I expected", "I no longer need it", "I can no longer pay for it", etc.
(There is the case that the color taste is different from the actual commodity by the color condition of the environment and the monitor which the customer sees. Please understand in advance)
・The one that has been used even once, and the one that there is a sense of use
・After delivery, those that have been washed, washed through water, and cleaned.
・When more than 8 days have passed since the product was delivered to you.
・Products that have been damaged at the customer's site
・Sale items
・Items that have been exchanged for other items.
・Items returned without prior notice
・Other cases where the reason for return or exchange is inappropriate.
